Two characters inscribed just above the rim of the foot. The reading considers the inscription upside-down, as usual on the Giubiasco bowls; dextroverse ut is preferred to tu because of the shorter right-side scratch of upsilon. Theoretically also possible, but even less useful, are dextroverse 
lt and upright sinistroverse 
pt. A Latin numeral 15 is unlikely, as it would have to be upright or sinistroverse. Cf. TI·52.
