The bowl with inward-bending rim (type 1) comes from grave 146 of the Giubiasco necropolis, excavated by Domenico Pini under supervision, though the integrity of the grave complex is doubtful (Pernet et al. 2006: 306; the grave complex is described in Tori et al. 2004: 177 f.). On the classification of the object see Pernet et al. 2006: 221 f., 262, cat. 89. See also Ulrich 1914 I: 591.

The dating follows Pernet et al. 2006.
