Probably an anthroponym with a base ''rīg''- (cf. {{w||rik}}, {{w||rikanas}}); the second part of the sequence is unclear. ''rikoi'' could be an abbreviation of a name whose second element begins with ''i̯'' (''rīgo-i̯...''; {{bib|Tibiletti Bruno 1978}}: 162); alternatively, -''oi̯'' could be the ending (dat. sg. or nom. pl.; {{bib|Lejeune 1971}}: 127, n. 437).
