Commentary
Probably an anthroponym with a base rīg- (cf. rik, rikanas); the second part of the sequence is unclear. rikoi could be an abbreviation of a name whose second element begins with i̯ (rīgo-i̯...; Tibiletti Bruno 1978: 162); alternatively, -oi̯ could be the ending (dat. sg. or nom. pl.; Lejeune 1971: 127, n. 437). Cf. the coin legend kasiloi.
Literature: Morandi 1999: 185.
