Commentary

Large dry-wall structure under the Roman necropolis near the chapel of San Rocco. Beside sporadic pottery and coin finds, a deposition of ceramics – funerary or votive – in a rectangular pit ("tomba 29"). See Mollo Mezzena 1994: 162–169.
