Commentary
Along via Strera near the fraction Loreto, north of Oleggio (exact location unclear), 268 tombs (mainly incineration) of a late La Tène/Roman necropolis (last quarter of 2nd c. BC–4th c. AD) were excavated between 1988 and 1995 by the Soprintendenza Archeologica del Piemonte.
