Commentary
Etruscan feminine name in -i formed from (unattested) masculine *kuve. The latter is argued to be etymologically Celtic by De Simone 1992b: 11 f., who suggests a borrowing of kou̯os, a hypocoristic of kom-u̯ir-os.
