Inscribed upside-down on the outside bottom of the cup. The first four letters are clear; after {{c||T|d}} follows a short oblique scratch in the upper area, and a small chevron {{c||U3|d}} in the lower area. The reason for this is not clear – cf. {{bib|Tibiletti Bruno 1973}}: 164 f., who tentatively reads the chevron as inverted upsilon, and considers the possibility that the single line is iota. Solinas and Morandi give, without discussion, a reading {{w||atlatu}}, which has the advantage of being a plausible personal name (see the word page).

Inscribed upside-down on the outside bottom of the cup. The first four letters are clear; after T d follows a short oblique scratch in the upper area, and a small chevron U3 d in the lower area. The reason for this is not clear – cf. Tibiletti Bruno 1973: 164 f., who tentatively reads the chevron as inverted upsilon, and considers the possibility that the single line is iota. Solinas and Morandi give, without discussion, a reading atlatu, which has the advantage of being a plausible personal name (see the word page).
