Commentary
Etruscan personal name celθe in the genitive -s; the element -tra is analysed as an agentive suffix by De Simone 1990.
The underlying name celθe is suggested to be derived from a Greek *κελτός by Colonna 1985: 270 f. (also Colonna 1989: 373 f.); see also Poccetti 2012: 62 on the question from where and what language the ethnonym or personal name was borrowed into Etruscan. Sceptical Cristofani 1985c: 271, who analyses the name as Etruscan (cel-θe-), Prosdocimi 1987: 575, De Simone 1990: 261, n. 7. See also Colonna 1998: 263, Sassatelli 2008: 333, Poccetti 2012: 62.
