Refering to {{bib|Tibiletti Bruno 1977}}, the author gives a different interpretation of the inscriptions [[VC·1.1]] and [[VC·1.2]], and ascertains its celticity due to the geographic context and the presence of Celtic words (''arganto''). Basing on the language, he interprets the inscription as an act of state.
