Inscribed on what was the inside of the vessel (length 3 cm). Both Volontè Fredini and Morandi read {{w||etu}}, while {{bib|Solinas 1995}}: 384 (based on the drawing in Veronesi) suggests ''atu'' because the upper bar of epsilon is somewhat fainter than the other scratches and quite close to the second bar. Since the surface of the fragment does not bear any other deep scratches, {{w||etu}} must be preferred. The form can be analysed as a Celtic personal name (see the word page). | |||
