Initial aiu- could be the Celtic morpheme ai̯u- 'eternity, longevity', which appears as the base of Celtic individual names (see DLG: 36, Meid 2005: 213 f., Delamarre 2007: 210 et passim; complete collection and discussion in Zeidler 2013), but no derivations with t-suffixes or compounds with a second element beginning in t are attested.
