Inscribed on the outside bottom near the foot according to Morandi 2004. Bianchetti's rendering of the original letters is inconsistent; the above rendering follows Piana Agostinetti's drawing. The short sequence eu is most likely an abbreviation of a personal name; cf. VB·10.
