Paul Kretschmer, "Die Inschriften von Ornavasso und die ligurische Sprache", Zeitschrift für vergleichende Sprachforschung 38 (N.F. 18) (1905), 97–128.

With reference to the inscriptions of Ornavasso, Kretschmer calls the genitive forms in -ui and -ia "unceltic", or at least not belonging to a known Celtic language; he says the same about the -m of the endings and about some words (-pe, pala): for him, the inscriptions are "Ligurian", Indo-European by all means; later contacts with Gaulish can't be excluded.
