Inscribed upside-down on the bottom of the bowl near the rim of the foot. faui probably the genitive of a Latin name; uinoc unclear. Gambari and Morandi consider a connection with Celtic u̯indo-, but /d/ would be written in the Latin alphabet. If it is an abbreviated name, faui could be a genitival patronym (Morandi, cf. PV·5). Cf. the possible abbreviation NO·12 uin, from a similar timeframe and also on terra sigillata.
