The bronze Schnabelkanne – one of only two from [[Giubiasco necropolis|Giubiasco]] – of the Ticino type comes from one of the graves which were excavated by Domenico Pini without supervision; the inventory includes objects from different periods and is probably not authentic ({{bib|Tori et al. 2004}}: 62, 64, {{bib|Pernet et al. 2006}}: 292; the grave complex is described in {{bib|Tori et al. 2004}}: 107 f.). On the classification of the object see {{bib|Tori et al. 2010}}: 189, 197, 229. See also {{bib|Ulrich 1914}} I: 549.

The bronze Schnabelkanne – one of only two from Giubiasco – of the Ticino type comes from one of the graves which were excavated by Domenico Pini without supervision; the inventory includes objects from different periods and is probably not authentic (Tori et al. 2004: 62, 64, Pernet et al. 2006: 292; the grave complex is described in Tori et al. 2004: 107 f.). On the classification of the object see Tori et al. 2010: 189, 197, 229. See also Ulrich 1914 I: 549.

The dating follows Pernet et al. 2006; cf. Motta 2000: 216, no. 29 (second half of 4th century BC). See also Jacobsthal & Langsdorff 1929: 55–58, no. 126; De Marinis 2000: 392–396.
