Stifter 2010: 372 tentatively suggests a first element diu̯o- (Stifter 2024b: ? *diu̯- 'day, sky, divine', e.g. +diumaros uel sim., but usually dio-, see dēu̯-) or dī- 'from' (with unidentifiable second element).
