Fragment of a mica schist slab or stela, found in the oratory of San Siro, where it formed the threshold to the presbytery ({{bib|Giussani 1902}}: 39 f.). Retrieved from the collapsed building in 1948, the fragment was brought to the Museo Storico in Lugano, where it suffered the same fate as the other inscribed stones which were erstwhile housed there – it is currently untraceable. Dating according to {{bib|De Marinis & Motta 1991}}: 206, who tentatively classify the document as their type C (with stylised feet, one of which is in evidence in Giussani's drawing).
