Inscribed on the foot of the vessel. The letters are evidently Latin, which is surprising with regard to the dating – the only alphabetically Latin inscription on a vaso a trottola. {{w||pa}} may be an abbreviation of a personal name.

Inscribed on the foot of the vessel. The letters are evidently Latin, which is surprising with regard to the dating – the only alphabetically Latin inscription on a vaso a trottola. pa may be an abbreviation of a personal name.
