Commentary
Feminine patronym in -ikn-, formed from either an on-stem nimū or an o-stem nimon(ii̯)os (itself derived from nimū). A base nim- is only very sporadically attested in Gaulish (Delamarre 2007: 141 has one each of nimus and nimius), so we may be dealing with a variant of nē̆m- as in AE 1999, 71 nemonius, CIL XII 3450 nemonia. Since variation between short /e/ and /i/ would be irregular (but see GPN: 392), this would indicate long /ī/ ~ /ē/; see nēm- and cf. dēu̯-.
