Commentary

Refering to Tibiletti Bruno 1977, the author gives a different interpretation of the inscriptions VC·1.1 and VC·1.2, and ascertains its celticity due to the geographic context and the presence of Celtic words (arganto). Basing on the language, he interprets the inscription as an act of state.
