Incised before firing on the foot of the bowl, cf. TI·50. The scratches look like they were applied from right to left, hence the reading ut is to be preferred; a sinistroverse Latin numeral 15 is unlikely. Filed among the Latin inscriptions by Pernet et al., but cf. TI·46.
