Mortarium (type 1) from grave 231 of the Giubiasco necropolis (Pernet et al. 2006: 309). The grave complex is described in Tori et al. 2004: 232; on the classification of the object see Pernet et al. 2006: 212, 252, cat. 80. See also Ulrich 1914 I: 605.

The dating follows Pernet et al. 2006; the grave complex can be dated to LT D.
