Masculine personal name. (Potentially) Celtic comparanda include the potter's names Marichal 1988 no. 12 polos or RIG L-20.55 bollo at La Graufesenque, also bollucus (Delamarre 2007: 45). Neither name has good Celtic credentials, as their attestation is sparse, no compound names with elements pol- or boll- are attested, and no etymologies suggest themselves.
