Commentary

Images in Frontini 1985: tav. 6.4 (drawing), De Marinis & Motta 2007: 159, fig. 6.1 (drawing).

Black-glazed patera (type Lamboglia 36) found in the Cascina Riccio necropolis in September 1970; graves 7 and 8 are two adjacent cremation graves whose ceramic inventories could not be clearly ascribed to either of them. This is according to De Marinis & Motta 2007: 141, n. 31, who expressly identify this inscribed object as Morandi 2004: no. 243, though Morandi describes his patera as type Lamboglia 5 / Morel 2283, found in grave 5 and dated to LTD; I'll check Frontini 1985: 56, no. 4 and the image. Description, information about the rest of the furniture of graves 7 and 8 (which includes BS·12 Gottolengo, BS·13 Gottolengo, BS·27 Gottolengo and BS·28 Gottolengo, all with the same inscription) and dating in Frontini 1985: 37, no. 1 and De Marinis & Motta 2007: 14.
