The epsilon-like character is inscribed on the foot of the vessel, and incomplete; Tibiletti Bruno 1969b: 211 f., no. 35 reads e with straight bars, but probably not alphabetic. The second character in Garovaglio's drawing, on the bottom above the foot, is a mark, see the object page.
