Commentary
- After Morandi (1999: 175 fn. 83) the object was first attributed to an open air sanctuary (Rittatore Vonwiller 1974: 47-49, Negroni Catacchio 1975: 333, 336, pl. 169-179), which was reinterpreted later on as a necropolis (cf. De Marinis 1986: 34)
- Different object size given by Tibiletti Bruno: h. 16.5 cm, diam. 26 cm (Tibiletti Bruno 1981: 182).
