Commentary

Found in a tomb excavated in March 1879 in Domaso (Whatmough). Said to be in the Museo Archeologico ‟Paolo Giovio” (Como) by Solinas, but according to Morandi the vase "risulta irreperibile successivamente alla scoperta". Measurements and dating ("epoca recenziore") from Morandi.
