Inscribed upside-down on the bottom of the patera, in neat unambiguous letters (length 1.8 cm). Mu does not have the typical Lepontic form with four bars, but that with three bars typical for the Raetic alphabets; influence from the Latin alphabet may be considered. The sequence me also occurs in VR·3.1 and may be an abbreviation of a personal name (see the word page).
