Commentary
Most likely a masculine individual name in the nominative. The ending is ambiguous. It may be analysed as a simple o-stem apuesos with loss of final -s, or as an on-stem apuesū with either -ū > -ō or a Latinised ending -o. Cf. aterio at the same find spot. No comparanda can be found in Delamarre 2007; no etymology of the base suggests itself.
