Commentary
Possibly an abbreviated personal name with base/first element i̯akk-, cf. iaccus, iacchus, iacio, iaconius (Delamarre 2007: 106, AcS II: 4–6) from a Celtic base iaccos 'healthy' (DLG: 185, though this is an o-stem – an i-stem is found in OIr. aig 'ice' < *i̯agi-, but this base is uncertainly attested in personal names). Motta 2000: 216 (no. 29) suggests a compound with second element rīg-, Tibiletti Bruno 1978: 143 a derivation with r-suffix iakiros.
