Raeding uncertain in both attestations, see the inscription pages.
If correct, most likely an abbreviation of a personal name with first element/base kai̯-; theoretically, a genitive of a hypocoristic kaio kai̯ī is also possible. Celtic etymology possible, but not certain (see the morpheme page).
