If correct, the form is an on-stem personal name, possibly with hypocoristic gemination of the dental. The base could be let(t)-, cf. letus, let(t)ius/-a (Delamarre 2007: 116), maybe lēto- 'gray' (Delamarre 2007: 224, DLG: 200), or led- (Delamarre 2007: 224 et passim).
