Stela of light grey granite gneiss found in alluvial sediment at a depth of ca. 3 m during the extension of the restaurant "La Palazzina" (Donati 1985, De Marinis & Motta 1991: 201), where it was originally displayed; from late 2023 onward, the stela will be kept at the casa communale of Mezzovico-Vira. Dating according to De Marinis & Motta 1991: 206, who ascribe it to their type B; differently Tibiletti Bruno 1997: 1003–1005, who dates the stela to a later phase (degenerated representation of a human silhouette).
