The reading at? is suggested by Morandi based on the drawing in Simone, though ?ta seems more obvious considering the other inscriptions from the Via Soragana necropolis, all of which are dextroverse, and the fact that the unidentifiable third letter looks dextroverse as well. For Latinoid alpha A25 s cf. VA·9 from grave 2. For at?, Morandi suggests an abbreviation of a personal name (see at), but the reading is highly doubtful. In the same grave was found VA·10.
