If read correctly, the sequence is a patronym in -ii̯- formed from a personal name koi̯los or koi̯li̯os from the base koi̯l- of uncertain meaning; cf. maybe Latinised coelus at La Graufesenque (OCK) and CIL I 2398 coili (Hispania Baetica, DLG: 121). Cf. Cresci Marrone & Solinas 2013: 29.
